1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ITNova Solutions LLC. By accessing, hiring, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you (the “Client”) and ITNova Solutions LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide technical support for homes and businesses, including (but not limited to):

  • Operating system installation and optimization.
  • Computer repair and maintenance.
  • Deep cleaning with thermal paste replacement.
  • Network and router configuration and maintenance.
  • CCTV configuration for systems already installed by the customer (no physical installation).
  • Printer installation and configuration.
  • Remote connection services and VPN setup.
  • Custom web development for businesses.
  • On-demand 3D printing.

We may modify, suspend, or update any service at any time without prior notice.

3. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

On-site services are provided within a 10-mile radius of Hialeah Gardens, FL, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remote services and web development may be provided to national or international clients, subject to applicable Florida law.

4. SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY

Appointments are scheduled flexibly, considering technician availability and the customer’s urgency. We may reschedule an appointment for technical or logistical reasons and will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible.

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, and approved business accounts. Refunds are not provided once a service is completed, except in case of a demonstrable error attributable to the Company.

6. WARRANTY

We offer a 7-day satisfaction warranty from the completion of the service. If the original issue persists or reappears within that period, we will review and correct it at no additional cost, provided it is directly related to the original service.

This warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, malware/viruses, subsequent intervention by third parties, or conditions beyond our control.

7. REMOTE SUPPORT & DEVICE ACCESS

When requesting remote support (e.g., via AnyDesk or TeamViewer), you authorize temporary access to your device exclusively for diagnostics and repair. We do not store your passwords, personal data, or files. “Unattended access” will only be enabled with your explicit consent.

The Company is not liable for loss of data, files, programs, or configurations during or after a remote session, except in cases of proven negligence by the Company. Clients are responsible for maintaining proper backups.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of data, software, or configurations; (c) failures caused by third-party software, hardware, power, or network providers; or (d) subsequent modifications made by the client or unrelated personnel.

In any event, the Company’s total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the service in dispute.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Personal information provided by clients (name, email, phone, and messages) is handled confidentially and used solely to manage requests, appointments, and communications. We do not share data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

By using our contact forms, email, or WhatsApp, you consent to receive electronic responses and updates related to your request.

10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You agree that communications sent via email, web forms, or WhatsApp have the same legal validity as written or in-person communications for purposes of notices, consents, and confirmations related to our services.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, code, and graphics—is owned by ITNova Solutions LLC and protected by applicable laws. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

12. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any claim or dispute arising from the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, under the laws of the State of Florida.

Before filing a lawsuit, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute amicably.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
